I have mixed feelings about 2020. It was an unprecedented year.

The government lock downs, COVID and the fear of the unknown, social tribalism, the riots and festering hatred for anyone who didn't belong to the tribe you identified with. It's sad, really.

I emerged myself in creating. This is when I commenced my Introspection series, which was a good thing for me. Hence the mixed feelings about 2020.

For me this image is 2020. Red-that color for me is emotion all by itself. It means different things to different people. Red superimposed on this figure leaves the viewer to interpret the emotion here. Art is so much what the viewer brings to it with their past experiences.
